I have what appears to be an 87 performer... serial number on the bottom of the crank housing begins with a D. there arent any holes in the rear drop outs. Ive owned it since 1992 and it appeared to be original, scratches n stuff. I just read all performers had the holes back then. Did I miss something? I was talking about the holes in the drop out. 3 or 4
