  1. although it's not quite a "useless" thing, i cut a stem top in half because a 50cc quad i picked up was missing one of the clamps for the bars.
  2. here is the frameset i have. if anyone is looking to buy, make an offer!
  3. if you are still looking, i have a decent torker 2 360 frameset.
  4. that would probably work just as well. i'm not sure about the salt ratio though. i plan on using the big arse stainless sink for my stuff.
  5. here you go: http://www.gometaldetecting.com/electrolysis_cleaning.htm i'm gonna do this when i get home. i've got a 10" "rigid" pipe wrench that needs the rudt removed.
  6. i found a site that has a tutorial for a pretty simple way of making your own electrolysis tank so to speak. i never tried it, but it looks like it may work pretty well for removing rust an possibly oxidation from aluminum. if you have used this method, please post the results. if you are interested in the tutorial, post a reply and i'll get the link.
  7. it's a fujifilm mx-1200. it does take excellent close-ups, but the distance photos are just ok. but it works...
  8. sup people, anybody ever rebuild a suntour freewheel? i just did, it's pretty simple.
  9. hey dauchy, you get my e-mail regarding that performer? let me know. i'd let ya have it pretty cheap, actually just enough to get a premier membership here. :D
  10. so do you have to cut the "trap door" wider for bikes? ok, that was dumb. sorry
