What type of coating came on Ashtabula forks and stem. I know it is not paint or black oxide.

What colors where the 102b available in? From what I have read, this frame is the same as the ones used for the 600a and 500a which if I'm correct came in white and chrome only, but I seen a few 102b's on the site that where different colors (dark red,blue,yellow) are these correct or are they custom? Are there any decal out there for the 102b? Thanks for helping a new guy out
