  1. Well after getting in touch with the gents at S&M I got a envelope in the mail with a set of forks stickers for my early challenger forks.
  2. Well just nadded a 79 moto and thought why not lol
  3. So on 420 I snagged this beautiful time capsule from a buddy who picked it up a wile ago from the OG owner. She the OG owner told my buddy she got it in 1980 at a local bike shop. And by the looks of it she loved this rig ! I put on a few bit (grips, tires, chain and brake pads) from my stash of old bits. I absolutely love the way this bike sits. Even has the bike shop sticker on it. Had a little bit of black crap on the top tube from the pad and a bit of rust on fork legs and behind the BB that I cleaned off but that the end of the cleaning ad I don’t want to lose anymore blue from the frame. Any way enjoy.
  4. Thanks man, and I was told the drop outs are campy #1010. And here are a few more shots of her from today after a lil cleaning.

  6. As some of you know I do estate sales and wile I was conducting one over the weekend, like at every sale before asked this old timer if he had any old bike sitting around. He said yea I have an old Schwinn Paramount hanging in the barn along with a “big drum of parts” . I was like ok you selling ? “Sure” . I got his phone number and gave him a call the next day, got in the van and headed out on a 45min drive. Got to the house walked out back to the barn seen the Paramount and had to have it ! I mean all OG 1972 loaded with the “goods” any rate he had a small pile of stingray stuff sitting on the ground so started a small pile. Then he pointed to a cardboard barrel under his work bench and said “that has a bit of old stuff in it” so I moved some stuff to get to it and once I opened it I seen the DC MX1000 set in a bag and started to dig. Then a pedal cage caught my eye and I was stunned !!! Asked it if was ok to dump out the drum and wow I couldn’t believe what I found. A very nice set of Gold Bob Reedy pedals in a drum out in the country!! Now I don’t have much of anything worthy for them so I guess they go in my drawer lol moral of this long ass story in this.. always ask the old timer because you might find a bit of gold lol
