I didnt even think about that!lol!Well im hoping to do it every year!Im hoping it will be.I just thought something casual like this might get some guys back on there bikes!

Ok this one is for the old men out there!Sunday October 3rd we will be riding all day!This jam is for ages 30 and older!If you have kids you can definitely bring them a long!I just want to get a day with old friends together,some who might not get chances to come out because of responsibilities and hopefully some new friends who might want to meet some people there age to ride with!I have set up hours at the parks we will be hitting so incase you cant get out till later in the day you will know where we will all be! After the Battleground session we will be hitting Rockys pizza buffet in Battleground for there awesome pizza buffet! I talked to Josh this summer at Dew Tour.He was there with Scotty Freeman.He had a Dyno Slammer he just sold.I was trying to get him to come into the shop and dial it in and hit a few of the concrete parks.I know he just moved to Seattle.I would love to see him on a bike again!!

James McGrath posted up some old footage of some highlights from a few contests from 1986 that were held here in Portland and Seattle.You may recognize the names in the video.Marty Mcpharland and Anthony Tangalin both are going close to ten feet in the vid.I think Marty was riding for Raleigh at the time. I dont know if you know Joe Loumena but he is still here in town.Still ripping flat but back in the day he could definitely boost with the best of them. The other rider is Monte Hill,one of the first big time freestyle riders to come out of here.He was riding for GT at the time.If you dont recognize Monte’s name you may recognize his son’s name from motocross, Josh Hill.
