Unfortunately no, fun trying to find them. What are the forks for this bike called?

The picture with the serial is upside down but it looks like re004895. The other is of the bike.

So far the only thing stock on the bike is the frame, everything else needs to be replaced. I'll find the serial number. I've already managed to pick up the forklifter bars and stem, but I'll send pics so you can let men know if the parts are genuine. The bar is but unsure about the stem... It's tough to find the forks.

Don't know the year, how can I find that?

I need help with any information on the parts to restore this bike with all original Redline parts but I don't know which ones. I've already started with buying the forklifter stem, I know about the handlebar, but what about the rest; ie: seat post, brakes, grips, levers...
