  1. The blue and white Big Ripper is the only one that really appeals to me... and only because I didn't like the BBQ black from the previous year...
  2. That looks awesome! The more of these newschool sidehacks I see, the worse I want one!
  3. For 24", I like the Fit CR24 the best... and for 20" the WTP 4 Seasons appeals to me... The Chrome Fit CR24 2009 models are on sale now... Dan's Comp has a 20% off coupon for this month... I just grabbed a 09 4 Seasons for just over $400 shipped...
  4. What is the address of that church? I rode the streets in Austin for years and I'm trying to remember where that is... I know I've seen it before but I just can't place it in my memory...
  5. Yeah Mike told me they are looking really great... I can hardly wait to get mine! I've dealt with Mike at Atomlab a few times and he's been really great. He asked me to send him my fork for a replacement when I told him about the slight side-to-side play on the front wheel when the fork compresses... I didn't expect to get a new fork out of the deal, most manufacturers probably would have had me changing springs or bushings myself... Hacksaw was riding the prototype a couple of weeks ago on our weekly street ride, and said it was good to go. If you look reeeeeaaal close in the 2nd pic in this thread, you'll see them: http://www.os-bmx.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=40834 Doug Cool... I'm still waiting for my fork. I sent another e-mail to Mike, but he's probably busy as hell with Interbike...
  6. Yeah I might be the only one... but I'd like a 24" Sabbath... and I would put Tuff Wheels on it!
  7. Me too... a broken pedal shaft caused one of the most gruesome injuries I have ever seen... tore the guy's ankle wide open!

  9. Contact Atomlab about it. I wrote to Mike Flaherty about my fork and he told me that they had some issues with the first run of forks. He had me send him my fork in exchange for a replacement... which is being made now...
  10. Nice looking bike! Have you had any problems with the GI60 fork? I had to send mine back to Atomlab because the wheel was going crooked when compressing the springs... I'm still waiting for a replacement fork from Atomlab...
  11. This is my Atomlab Trailpimp 26" that I have been working on for over a year... trying to get it dialed in right... I have swapped so many parts to try to get the right "feel"... now it is finally done! This bike rocks! What finally brought it together was the Immortis cruiser bars. I tried several different bars on it, but could not get the right feel. These 4" rise bars with the 30.5" width that I cut them to are perfect! The Atomlab bars felt too narrow and they were too low on this bike... worked fine on my downhill bike with 7" of fork travel... I tried S&M 24" bars and they were too tall and made it feel like a chopper... This bike is spot-on perfect now! Thanks again to Seth at Immortis Bike Company for making it happen!
  12. My Standard 125R 24"... if all goes well and my back isn't giving me trouble, I hope to be riding it at the State Championships in Eugene on Sunday... Keeping my fingers crossed.
  13. Got my first "tall" trophy ever today with 3rd in the Redline Cup Qualifier in Molalla... it was a good day. I felt really bad for the other guy who broke a 4-bolt chainwheel off the spider coming out of the gate though... he took a brutal hit and I could literally hear the wind get knocked out of his lungs... there were a few good crashes today but overall it was a fun day in the sun. Always great to get out and meet and greet with the good folks at the track! Summer is here and I'm stoked! A fine day with the best people I know! Thanks to everyone for making this the best damn sport on the planet!
  14. It has potential... if you can deal with the fact that it is mostly hi-tensile steel... One of the guys on VintageBMX built one up really nice... If the framesets were available at a low price, I would consider it... http://www.vintagebmx.com/community/index....wtopic=27031495
