  9. Thanks gentlemen Patrick the frame was built by Rick for himself, so he did it specificly to his own preferences... I would rather it be. 20.5 and no rear brakes. S. Brothers I built the bike with riding In mind, mostly street and park in mind. Some flatlanding... It's hard for me not to ride it, I didn't put the chain on, on purpose lol... I didn't want to mess it up before the show haha... But once we get a good day of weather out here I'm taking her to the park
  10. Ok I was planning on goin to the Reunion show this coming weekend, but I just got back from the east coast... Being away from my kid and fiancé has drained me, so I might have to pass the show, to spend some quality time with them... This was one of the bikes I put together an was going to bring to the show. I figured I would post it up for some of you freestylers to check out. 2009 Standard RPM ... The story behind this bike frame is as follows. About a year and a half ago or so Jdb approached Rick at Sbc to do produce trick stars. Well after not coming to terms with the price of production, Rick decided to build himself a a new school rendition of his old school Trick Star. It would have the trickstar headtube brace, but be all business as far as geometry. So kinda like a mullet but reverse... The frame was party in the front and business in the back lol... As far as the bars, bitd when Rick was invited to tour with the Hutch freestyle team, Mike Dominguez taught Rick how to whisle... So he built these ladder bars w/ new school geometry to run on his bike as a ode to Mike D. The forks were built by sbc, and customized for me. Seeing pics off Moliterno and his old trick star, he ran a prototype front 990 brake, and a side pull real caliper. I decided to go with removeable front 990 mounts and run no rear brake at all. The decals were custom made, and I ran with the "Rick Star" idea because bitd he used to cut the "t" off of the downtube on his bikes I had them powder coat match the rims to resemble how Rick had red zrims on his candy red ts. The rest is off the top o be dome. Hope you guys can appreciate it.
