MXR hubs on my Billy Griggs built gravity bike. I purchased the hubs new in the 80's and they are the only hubs I've ever run, also set the Guinness world record with these hubs.

So.... how fast did you go simply coasting? Richard Vogt bmxmountainbiker P.S. Any pics of you racing? I will see what photos I can dig up. I dont know how fast I was coasting but it was all I could do not to run over all the guys who had fallen in front of me on my new Yamaha shock bike. (LOL) -

My very first race was at Weinert Mountian, coasted my way to third place. As I remember us beginners started at the bonsai jump (I think thats what it was called) The track was so intimidating to beginners that my brother chickened out and wouldnt race. I also seem to remember a lot of kids leaving in a ambulance. Attached is a picture of the 3rd place trophy I won - sweet helmet (LOL) -
Hey snarlin,I remember seeing that jersey at the last Harbor Bmx double ponts race. Anyway,this is for all Ascot and Harbor Bmx Locals(Chalakee,Blackey,Johnny cat,Kanedog,Snarlin,etc...)I got some more pics! Some pics of Harbor BMX and one of Lancaster BMX. Found from a house fire. The frames where smoked out beyond cleaning and my customer threw them out. All three are back from chrome and I need help ID these frames. The first one is a Redline Oval stamp at bottom bracket tri moly L88123246 The second one is a Hutch 5J0083 followed by the baseball symbol The third one is a GT 12832685 Thanks for any help - Snarlin

A sweet OG chrome GT cruiser with blue gum walls yesterday around 4:30 pm heading west bound on Orangethorpe at Knott ave. I was at the gas station and was going to stop the dude and check out the bike but he was riding like he was on the front straight at the Wheaties Gold Cup. Just wanted to say SWEET RIDE !!!!!

Recovered 3 BMX frames from a house fire.88 Redline, 84 GT and the other is a ? It is a loop tail frame with the serial number stamped on the left rear drop out 5J0083 followed by the baseball symbol ?????
