  1. Workin till I can afford to buy more bilkes!

  2. do you recall what the SN on your Nomura frame was? I used to race for Wade, so I am curious as to where the bikes have all gone.

I still own NRDG 275, which is a Purple 20" and used to own NRDG 0017 Polished 20"(Stolen in Seattle back in 86) and NRDG 0100Purple 20"(formerly owned by David Foot, then Sold to Jason Dave, who later sold it to some one else)

    Thanks,

  3. Yup, that was the jump that inspired the drawing.
  4. This was done by Weldon Nomura for one of the old BMX mags, it actually of Joe Discipulo and Isac Levia (sorry guys is I mis-spelled your names) and is a rendering of their now infamous jumping of the Corona Down Hill Water Tabletop.
  5. I almost forgot about one other, that could be Mark Owen.
  6. This could be Wayne Crowsdale, Ernie Ballard was racing Pro class at that time.
  7. the one towards the center of the picture is Alex Wong, closest to the Photographer(with the shimano sticker) I believe to be either Ernie Ballard, or Wayne Crowsdale. I couldn't find the third rider in the photo(can you say where's Waldo?)
  8. The Nomura Rider was in fact Ernie Ballard. He was still with Nomura racing at that time. Whoever put up those pictures, Thank you! wow did that bring back some Great memories. Knotts Berry Farm was basically deserted due to the terrible weather so it was a free for all on the rides after the races ended each day.
  9. I would want my old Nomura(SN: NRDG0017) that was stolen from my apartment in Seattle.
  10. The last time I saw that bile it was polished aluminum, but that was nearly 25 years ago.
