  1. Thanks, but I'm really looking for another 16" that they can use as a pit bike when they get older.
  2. I have a 24" looptail Quad, my wife has a Floval, my older son rides a Lil' Ripper, and my youngest is awaiting his 16" ride. What better to complete the stable than a 16" Quad. Does anyone know if there is any chance that SE will be making one? Thanks
  3. Man... Those are nice builds. You must be super tall to be using that seatpost. I had to use a short stem as it is. Are those CW cruiser bars? Whatever they are, I like the look.
  4. Ok... So, I changed out the stem and chainwheel for Snap products and the cranks for Easterns. I thought the Saints made the bike look heavy (I also needed them for another build). I like it better now. Although I'm thinking about a chrome seatpost too.
  5. I have Saints on my DirectLink. It just takes a couple spacers. I think I have one on the drive side and two on the non-drive. They're great cranks.
  6. mr coasterbrake, There was just a post about photo hosting here... http://www.os-bmx.com/forums/index.php?sho...c=35183&hl=
  7. There is also a freeware app called, "Picasa". It's made by google and is a pretty great app. It will index your photos, then you just tell it to export whichever ones you'd like. You can then set the size it exports to etc... http://picasa.google.com/ Edit: Forgot to post the link
  8. Just finished this for my wife. She's quite happy with the way it turned out.
  9. I don't know the person in the pic. But, after looking more thoroughly at the pic I have to ask... Is it possible that the bike belongs to the photographer? It seems that after the shot was taken this guy could have gotten back on his Pink cruiser that's in the background and continued on his merry way?
  10. I was/am a Vans guy too. There aren't very many places around me that sell them though. So, I ended up with these... For $20 I couldn't resist.
  11. You're funny. Actually most people around here have some noise maker. So many people walk, ride, etc... it's an easy way to let them know you're gaining on them. My kids just handle it for me.
  12. My 2yo kids new tank... And my 4yo's new, "Race Bike"...
  13. Thanks for the compliments! Tite681 - It is a very smooth ride. I haven't been on anything like it before. Although, I never had a build that cost so much before either. The Crono wheelset is unbelievably smooth. I lucked out and got a used set. I'm still interested in getting an Industry 9 wheelset (Recommended by Dinger), but this set is about 25% of the cost. So, they're great for now. If I get serious into racing then I'll be more inclined to buy an I9 set (and a race frame/fork). I wanted a straight pull setup that had better than average engagement. So, the Cronos with a White Ind. 18t Trials freewheel is what I thought would do the trick. You are certainly right with the stopping. The brakes work pretty well. I bought them because I read that a fair amount of trials guys use them, and they really count on stopping power. The seat is nice eh? I thought it made the bike look like it was worth close to as much as I have in it . lboorse2 - The brakes are Magura HS-33's. They're hydraulic and don't have a big reservoir anywhere. It is just a closed loop system that is ridiculously smooth. There is the long tube that runs from the brake handle to the actuator on the left. Then there is another tube that connects the left to the right. So, whichever has the least resistance moves. They are amazing. I have never had a cable feel like this. I'm sure they weigh a little more, but I like the way they work, along with the awesome stopping power. juurdane - Thanks JC. I have always liked the chrome fork look. funny you mention an all blue setup. I just saw today that someone did their build like that. Not for me, but it looked ok.
