  1. Hello Rita and Charlotte, It broke my heart to hear that Anthony had left us, yet my heart is "Happy for Anthony" to be at peace, to be with the Lord... Anthony was, and always will be a good soul, and I've only wanted the best for him. From the moment I met Anthony, I knew he could make a difference. I saw in Anthony, a kindness towards others that is rare. He was driven, striving for more, despite challenges in life, including a health condition (that he only shared with a few), he did not use these challenges to gain sympathy, but rather, as motivation to overcome hurdles in life. The time I spent with Anthony, racing, riding for fun, enjoying our time on the set of CHiPs, will aways be precious to me. It was truly a pleasure seeing and spending time with Anthony at the Bellflower event on August 23rd, 2008. It had been so many years since I had seen Anthony, yet the kind and gentle soul remained. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you, and the rest of Anthony's family during this difficult time. All my best, Danny Oakley

  4. Hi Steve, I appreciate what you are saying about the impassive element. It would be refreshing if people stopped, and took stock in the reason they are involved with BMX. Racing, Freestyle, Collecting, Restoring, Buying & Selling, etc. We are attached via an umbilical cord to our youth and memories, hopefully, for most of us, pleasant ones! If they are truly PLEASANT, then we should share those GOOD times with each other, and foster the meaning of community!!! Warm regards, Danny
  5. Hi Steve, Thank you Steve, for having this phenomenal website http://www.os-bmx.com/forums/index.php, that allows all of us to share our experiences with each other. It can be a bit intense, intense in only the best way, with the selection of "Forums", and the numerous "Topics"... The variety of "Forums" and "Topics" that you offer, allows people in the BMX community to choose and participate in, at their own pace. Once again, thank you, Steve Brothers! Sincerely, Danny Oakley

Congratulations to all the Winners, but most of all, Congratulations to everyone who showed up for this event. The bikes were all phenomenal, and each of you should be proud of the quality that I saw. 8. Yup,these are great pix Hello, Thanks for posting the photos of Tony, the Moosegoose, and me. It was a fun day...
  9. Spike, that's right, it's been many years, it would have been cool to catch up with you, let me know when you are going to be up in NorCAL, and we'll make plans. I didn't see John there, but I hope to see him sometime soon...
  10. Steve, the quality job that Tony did on the Moosegoose is solid gold, and I was happy to be in the pictures with Tony, and the Moosegoose.
  11. Tony, that was a fun day, fantastic job on the Moosegoose, along with your other exceptional bicycles. Keep up the great work...
  12. Mel, I think Spike swapped our Valet Tickets, I have the F430 Spider in Red, try your Valet key and see if you can open your glove box...
  13. Steve, thanks for posting my Moosegoose AD, that takes me back... I spent all day in the studio doing this AD. If you look closely at my hiking boot, the reflection is of my racing Vans shoe, in my B.M.X. Products, Inc. Mongoose Factory Team Uniform, with a Supergoose... A lot of things going on in that AD, and a lot of things going on that day... Oh, by the way, that's my special Supergoose in the reflection, lurking in the background, just like it was hiding behind the water, in the Supergoose AD, "From Take-off... To Splashdown"...
  14. Bradster: It's good to see the Moose venturing 'down under', it sounds like you enjoy your Moosegoose, keep us updated on the progress of your build...
  15. Mel, that's a good shot of Butch having fun with the B.M.X. Products, Inc., production bike in the box, being out of the box...
