    They only made that frame in 81,82. 1983 was the year of the PR200 and prior to 81 the gusset behind the bottom bracket did not have a hole and they had flat brake bridges like a Panda or early Boss. Sweet bikes these are. Nice score!!!

    Not quite a Skullet but very close. He would have to be completely bald in the front for a Skullet.
