  1. Brian, you are right about the serial # not having letter prefixes, mine doesn't have anything but a number. So in your opinion, that would make it an '86? I couldn't tell you for sure because I bought the bike used back in the early 90's (it wasn't a typo), nothing has been done to it sense I bought it except maybe replacing the tires.
  2. The serial number is 510177, if that tells you guys anything. I am going to clean it up and get it tuned up this weekend and post some pics then. Thanks guys.
  3. I will look it up tonight, where do I find the serial number?
  4. Can you guys tell by the pics what all the parts are? I know that all of the parts on it are the original parts that were on it when I bought it back in like '95, but I need to find out exactly what I have here.
  5. I finally got some pics of my old bike. I don't know anything about the bike other than it is a RL20ii, I believe. What exactly do I have here ?
  6. Do any of you guys have a picture of a white '86 RL-20 II Prostyler? I have been looking everywhere for a pick so that I can confirm that it is exactly what I have and I can't find anything.
  7. I am on ebay now. I can already tell that this bike is going to end up costing me money, not making me money. I will post some pics tonight if you guys can just tell me how to do that.
  8. Funny you should say that because after spending the last couple of days on all these old school freestyle sites, all I really want to do is restore it to one of the treasures that you guys have posted in the threads below. I don't have any idea about how to go about doing that though. If I did decide to restore it, how easy is it to find old parts for these things? Can you get them from the dealers? And where the hell can I find Mags for it?
  9. My parents just cleaned out their basement and wanted to sell my Redline in a yard sale for $20. I knew it was worth more than that, so I went and picked it up. It is in good shape, but it needs new tires and some work done to touch up the rims and frame. I am 100% new to this, but have been looking around the net and found that there is a decent market for this kind of vintage bike. I am thinking about selling the bike as is, about what could I get for it? I will try to post some pics when I get home.
