  1. My first was a free spirit FS 500 White and Red. i think thats what it was called. rode it for years and eventually got rid of it for a Redline Rl 20B complete with 48's. possibly my all time Favorite bike was my 1987 Dyno D-Tour. i never felt better on a BMX except the Quad. I rode that Dyno as if it was an extention of my body. i went EVERYWHERE on it. my real first love to me was my 1984 SE Quadangle. still have it. it currently is apart My last is my curent Sunday Funday.
  2. just as the title says. any indoor parks in Northern VA> i am now down here for work i need a place to ride. Thanks,
  3. Well due to job cuts, layoff, needing to work i got a job in Northern Virginia. i would like to know if anyone here knows any places to ride park or trails? i have not found anything yet. most seem to be Skate only. i am in the Chantilly VA area. Thanks,
  4. thought this was great. hope it is not a repost. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjKGkJNL9mw
  5. the wheel is in the same exact position as if the fork had dropouts. they changed the rake to make the fork go straight to the wheel location to minimize the chance the fork will catch when grinding. So yes it is raked more but the wheel is in the normal position.
  6. First if this is in the wrong area please feel free to move it Thanks. i was bored at home with nothing to do so i decided to build a bike. Well i finally decided to build my First Custom Modern bike... i bought a huge order of parts and started building. yes it is a Sunday! 7. the yellow is a 91. the rims are a BFR with a 14mm X 3/8th axle. rectangle axle. i could not screw the nut down it would hit the fork. so i put it on backwards. it was the only way i could tighten it down.
  8. well i got this bike frame because i liked the fact that it is a torker and especially the color. the problem is i do not know what year it is or what to do with it? it has never been built. It does have nicks and a few minor scratches. it is a 19 inch TT and a 14 1/2 to 15 1/2 inch dropout. not even sure what size forks to put on it? 1 inch or 1-1/8th. anyone have any info on this frame? Thanks for any help. Torker 2.0 Pics Click me please!
  9. http://www.wheelerdealerbicycles.com/ looks to be in OKC. i could be wrong...

  11. I Do agree. I will paint the one in front yellow once it is repaired. Thanks for the opinions.
  12. Well i have my original form 1984 i got new in 84 with the vector bars. i now have 2 more. the other 84 in front and the new one not sure of year i believe it is a 90 or 91. cannot quite read the SN. i need to repair the 2 84's top tubes. the 90's one is original i believe. do i restore it and leave the frame as i got it in black untuched or do i paint it yellow like i really want to do. i feel i have too many black ones. Angles Everywhere.
  13. 1980 Free Spirit 20 inch White and Red. i beat the snot out of it and it never gave me any trouble. strong heavy frame that took all i could give it.
  14. i would like to have a set of White Mike BUFF Z 48 rims with the ACS hubs and freecoaster setup again. i remember when i first got those i didnt even want to ride on them. i just wanted to look at them! i miss them
