I've also been away for awhile , like Astrodamus mentioned , is there some cliffnotes available . Are the Dia Compe , Kashimax considered reissues since they are made by the same company or are they considered knock-offs ? How's the quality of these...don't know what call them , parts .

The 06 Sport has the same geometry as the Mirra's , 20.5 top tube I believe.

Phippsio , its an anlun stem. Its weird on the sport its completely blue but on the my fst only the top part is blue.

What can I say , I've wanted one of these for a long time. Back in 85 my parents brought me to the local lbs and I picked out and came home with a green fst. The master and sport were just to expensive and then came high school and all was forgotten.About 10 yrs ago I pulled out the fst and found a old copy of bmx action that I had saved and in the center there was spread with Ron on a sport. I must have stared at that picture over a 100 times through the years. Last week I found one listed on CL , jumped in the car and drove an hour to get it. Well it ended up Gm white , also stripped and repainted the stem . Project grocery getter has begun , still cant decide on the cranks.

Thanks for the input . I have removed the old paint , it was yellow under the black . Some of the welds are nice some are quite sloppy , maybe two people welded it. My wife likes it , so it will probaly end up pink or purple.
