its 0990 so I think its Sept of 1990? 400000th made?!@?!??!#@?!@#?!$ lol j/k royce union prolly? angled downtube bent same as mine.. the forks kinda look the same, I bet the bottoms are angled and spot welded the seatpost clamp is the same as what came on my frame, except mines black the rear dropouts look the same? triangular holes it t came with that same crank/chainwheel as well.. both share the the same black headset racers... not a ross, not dyno, not norco....the search continues.... ;-) if someone wants the star wars blankie just let me know, I got it for like 50 cents a decade ago...cost to you, shipping...

ya thanks, its a actually a sleeping bag, but its original 1987, which is what I was hoping the frame was, suppose I should have included pics of the forks to eh? since I have them.....doh...Ill up pics of them in a bit.
