  1. ya . . that too . . . something else , , ,a dude shot a dude with a bow and arrow and kilt him out there out in the woods, some like high school kids out there jacking around...
  2. holy crap! man o man, that red blazer is noiice. Does it have a headtube gussett on the downtube/headtube weld? I can't tell from the pic. The one on this frame #460 I have doesn't look like I remember them looking like. . .I'm wondering if the gussett didn't change over time? Cyclecatt - could you scan those stickers for me please? That would so freaking kick ass. anyone have any idea on what color the metal flake blue was? How bout the font used for the B L A Z E R lettering ? - I'm strapped right now with christmas and all ,but I'll be starting to restore my frame after the holidays.... got some bullseyes on some shiny sides for it so far and thats about it. peas out - - Saylor
  3. hidden trails didn't last long. When they closed Rabbit Run , it went across central (i-75 @ Renner sorta - now 190 is there ) to the west side of the highway and was called Hidden Trails. I always heard they closed rabbit run b/c a dude went the wrong way and crashed a dude going the correct way on the big big hill. Both dudes were on motorcycles.. I dunno how true that is... but that's what the rumor was around here.
  4. hey seadooit - nice artifacts there! say - that big "B" decal - the last two stickers I've seen were that big "B" - but the one I had on my frame #842 was a "BR" like intersected with each other - not just a "B" - have you sen that style of sticker? - Saylor
  5. I had a 20" blazer BITD - frame # 842. It was metal flake blue - but really really dark blue, and the sparkle flakes were like hard to see. Got it from Canyon Creek bicycles in Richardson, TX c. 1981, to upgrade from a mongoose It got stolen from Richardson Sq. Mall in c. 1985. . . still looking for it... a standing reward is offered to whoever for the return of the bicycle - Anyways - fast forward to now - I finally got another frame - #460, from a dude in Beaumont, TX. This ones was originally dark brown with gold flake... again the flake was real subdued and hard to see,, it's not like all glittery at all.. I always heard there were only 1,000 frames made. Can anyone verify that? Thanks - - Saylor
