I found this great old chopper and was thinking about restoring it. The only decal left on the thing is on the headtube and it says Garton Fox Corporation. Anybody heard of this company before?

I was wondering if anybody had any plans or blueprints for a sidehack. I have wanted to build one of these since the 80's, but have been unable to find any resources in the local area. Any help would be appreciated.
