  1. If your handing out Camera's...mine kinda sucks too (unless your in the sunlight) By the way, my sons GT is for sale on Ebay. (the yellow/black one pictured above) Peace, Terry
  2. Thanks for the compliments. I tried to tell him the same thing!! I'm not sure if it was here, or somewhere else...the forum about which freestyle bikes are best?!?!?...#1 would be a trickstar, and second to that are the GT Pro Performers, and Tour models. However, the choice is his, and at least he's keeping the skyways for his Hutch. Justin, :25: now would be the time to jump ion and defend yourself!! LoL
  3. Justin now has his GT for sale, as he need the money to help finish his new build...a Hutch Windstyler. If anyone has intrest in this bike, then check it out on Ebay before it's gone. >>>GT Pro Performer Auction Pictures will be posted soon of Justins new build.....stay tuned!
  4. Check this out........ Justins GT Before...... >>>BEFORE PICTURE.... Justin, you did one Gehenna of a job restoring your bike. I'm proud of the job you have done! Excellent! :24:
  5. Thanks for the compliments everyone. Justin is very happy with his build. I included a picture of his bike with the skyways (he finally got a set) now he is working on getting some pink tires to use. I found a set of suntour XC copy pedals for him to refinish & use, so he's all set in that area.... Thanks again for the compliments Hey (Justin) "Little BMX Kid" :25: Where R U? >>>>Updated picture with Skyways
  6. OK guys, Justin (Little BMX Kid) has been wanting real bad to get his bike ridable. So I donated him a set of Araya's to use untill his Skyways arrive. He threw on his old pedals, and chain (which he really needs better ones of) and he rode today. Check out the pics.......feedback needed, please..... http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?pic=1w2d...xmNJm0ZsN9qeokJ http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?pic=195X...ua0LTuJZKEDaFQc http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?pic=1pR8...orFBdLSiuUBWfJ0 Justin still needs the little adjuster for the rear brake lever??? anyone know what i'm talking about, and have one to part with? Peace, Terry
  7. Jim, YGM..... Thanks for all the help guys... Justin is looking for a set of white plastic, or polished GT 1/2" thread pedals for his build....any help? Also still searching for a decent white chain too...it can be used, same with the pedals, as long as they are in decent shape. I'll work trades with anyone who steps up. Justin can work off his debt by helping me around the yard, ect.. Thanks again for a great site.(Jeff!) Terry
  8. Jim, Tuff's would be perfect (and Justins #1 choice), as well as pink tires. Do you have a want list, or anything in specific your in need of? Shoot me an email tsine@rochester.rr.com , and we can work something out. Thanks. RCRSCOTT29, If you can give me a few days to see if Jim & I can work something out, I'll let you know about the GT mags....sincew they would be Justins second choice to use.....It is still very much appriciated...Thanks. I may have a few parts to throw you for your street beats too..clamps, & brake levers...I'll have to look & see what I have...anything spceific? Thanks for all the compliments on Justins bike...although you don't see him on a regular basis...he was glowing today when he spoke to me about this site, and the great guys on it. Peace to all, Terry
  9. Thanks for the compliments. RCRSCOTT29 ..I'm not sure if Justin (little BMX kid) wants GT mags or not. I will tell him to log-in, and let you know...Thank you for the help. What would it take for him to get them away from you? Thanks again.... If anybody is intrested in more pics, feel free to email me, I took quite a few.
  10. Yeh, I know the skyways are availible for 70-80 bucks, but Justin just turned 16, and has no extra $$ to play with right now. If anyone out there can bro deal him a set of skyways, it would be appriciated. I'm sure I may have a little something to trade, ect... for those of you who step up, and help this lad out. I'm currently tring to get Justin to join this site. I gave him a link to this thread..... "come on Justin. :25: .sign up, and write in".
  11. About 6 months ago the kid down the street from me started his first old school build. An 86/87 GT Pro performer/performer. I introduded it on this site, and now (Justin) has gotten his frameset painted, and back together. He is now seeking out a set of Skyway tuff II's in white, and some tires in pink/white. I have already help him to aquire the other parts on the bike, but need some help helping him out with the wheels. This is Justin's first old school build, and I'd like to see him complete it. Please, please help him out, he does not have alot of cash, but is determined to get it finished to ride. O'yeh, please let me know what you think of his build too. I think it's freakin sweet!! :14: >>>Click here to See Justin's Awsome GT
  12. Hey guys thanks for the compliments, and my kids thank you as well. My son has built up two other GT Jrs. before his yellow one....I think someone from here bought his purple one.....you still out there OSRob? Hutch24xl, That pit idea sounds sweet!! I've always wanted a trickstar pit!! LMK when you get your demetions worked out for it...I'd love to see it step-by-step, so someday I could possibly do my TS dream.
  13. Well, I can't completely deny them new school as an option. To me the whole point of BMX is to RIDE. So if they are riding, I'm happy, as long as they are. My son has a "new school" mongoose 20" that he is riding currently as well as his GT. Untill he is finished with his 20" Jeff Gordon Tribute BMX...pictures will be posted here when he is done. We are looking around early spring to complete this project. What kind of bike are you going to build for your daughter? Have her help in the build...my son & daughter love the excitement of getting a new part for thier builds, and winning them on Ebay makes it fun for them to learn about how to handle thier money as well. They don't alway win, but they learn from that too. I wish that I was able to buy my own stuff at 7 & 8 years old like my kids are able too. They have a work ethic already, and have bought almost all the parts to build thier bikes, as well as thier own TV's, Video games, ect...
  14. Well it took my son a year to gather parts, and put together his Yellow GT Jr. Performer. Now my Daughter has almost neared the finish of her General Hustler pit bike. These bikes are & will be their daily riders... Yes, those are Dailmation prints...it's my daughters bike, and she likes them spots & paw prints!! LMK what you guys think!! Opinions please.......
