  1. Yeah that's Cyclepath. Wow what a great pic, wish it was clearer. Loving the Champs in front. On the last line I see Jesse Michel, I was friends with him. He had a 75' Redline. I used to race with him. I wasn't sponsored though. Wish I could see the full article. Thanks for the pics.
  2. Thanks! Cyclepath I think bought out Hayward Cyclery in the late 90's before they closed? Shop decal - here's a pic.
  3. S.Brothers This is killer and being your own since back in the day is just superb. .By the way, photo hosting is free here. It keeps threads alive. ;) Thanks! Pic of the serial no. First bike was a Schwinn stingray, then 74' R&R Moto-X, 75' Redline, sold each time to upgrade to the Champion. Remember watching the Flat Track races Friday nights in Hayward. Doug Schwerma was there at times.
  4. Loving all the Champion bikes. Here's my 76 Champion. I've owned since new. Bought at the now gone Hayward Cyclery. I was friends with the Patterson brothers & Roc (site member). Used to race at the local Hayward track in early 77. Frame is CF 186. Frame has the orig. nickel finish. Just polished it up recently.
