i use electrical and plumbing pvc pipe ...and strangely the ratio drop down fits into 80% or 4/5ths .....

gathering information is the hardest part and it gets harder if you not own the scale models / real bmx ...as my next project but its decals ......so if your willing to help us it be most welcoming ....my next may be a 1986 GT Proformer

its a mind and hands test ....because your building sometimes thing you not have or ever owned .....as this gt ....then find materials scaled down in using them ....it is hard....but at the same time fun .....

Are you heating/bending the pvc or using different angle joints and smoothing/filling?

So cool! I've done a lot of scale modeling and even scratch built and sculpted some stuff, but something like this never crossed my mind! Awesome idea, and even nicer execution, I look forward to seeing and reading more.
