Today I pulled my 1987 VW Scirocco out of the garage and took her for a spin!!!!Stoped at the local car wash and cleaned her up a bit then decided to snap a few pics......I love this car......Too bad my wifes dad took out the front bumper on Thanksgiving day when he backed into it.......But I do still love her..... :flower:

Nice, I have a similar stable, a older 300zx Twin Turbo and a BMW 540..... and I was huge Hutch fan BITD too :)

I think a natural progression for BMXers is to great handling cars. I keep my Z like I used to keep my bikes - in perfect condition. Yours look very clean and well maintained as well.

HutchHeaven... Nice car, those 16v cars quite rare in the UK.

I had 2 mk1 GLIs back in the early 90s and then moved on to a GTII...

Great cars.

I recently had a guy come over and Porter Cable polish the 540, I am not sure what compounds he uses but they came out nice.

He let me play with it on my Z as well, now I want to buy one.

Try a wax called Wizards. It'll make your stuff look like glass.

Turned out to be a factory Hydelburg(spelling) in the bag I though the Kenwood was in. :( I'll check a few other places, but it may have gone with my VW pick up. I was interested in the Trick Star, but at least it is going to a good cause. I have to check and see if I still have some other stuff. Sad thing, in the big bunch of stuff that I inherited, was some 80s stereo stuff, NOS, but I gave it to one of the guys who works for us for helping me pick up the stuff(and we are talking about a lot of stuff, Porsche(including the white 914) that is, :(
