  2. hello ? is there anybody out there ?
  3. I bought this bike here in Hawaii about eight years ago. It appears to be very stock but overseas, made not European made bike. I think there might’ve been a sticker on it at one point? I will look again. Anyway, this was my son‘s first bike. After my son grew out of it, I sold it to a friend. I just traded back for it in a deal but I have no need for it. If someone would like to give their grandchild a nice vintage starter bike, I only want $50 for it. The problem will be shipping? It will probably cost at least $50 to ship back to the mainland? I have no problem boxing it up but I’m not sure if it’s worth the money and shipping? If someone would like this, please feel free to let me know. Thank you, Jason 714-262-7559.

  16. Everyone THAT HAS RIDDEN BMX bikes for a while has at least one amazing story to tell. My story is interesting but long but I will make it short as possible so you can get back to your bong hits and BMX. The year was 1986 I was 16 the place was Horse Hill Oakland Ca practically my backyard. The frame I had was a CW I forget what model I know it was not my Phase 1 I was with my two friends at the track at Horse Hill. My friend just barely jumped the Big Doubles but landed ok his front wheel slight clipped the top landing but was able to pull it off. I was not so lucky. So next up it was my turn I went for it but did not have enough speed and was short about 3 feet or so. I went over the bars and slid about 15 feet on my elbows. If not for my OG 80'S Red Haro elbow guards the day would have really sucked! THANK YOU FOR LIFE bob Haro! The ONLY THING HURT WS MY Ego and my bike. My forks were bent in, and the frame was bent and cracked I wish I would have kept it but in the garbage many months later it went. The day went quite there was sadness among us 3 friends no celebrating. we all went over to the water tower jumps i could only walk my bike. when we arrived, we saw the same kids there hanging out jumping that we saw earlier. They reminded us of the Cosby Kids Fat Albert and the Gang! They saw my bike and immediately said loudly DEEEAAMM THAT ethnic person HELLA CRACKED HIS BIKE! They were almost like close family friend right away oddly enough and said they had a bike for me come to our house. At first, we were hesitant but later decided why not. Before we left there were a few more jumps to be made. At the end of the day one jump, you could your shadow on the water tower. In Oakland everyone wants their 2 minutes of fame and for the younger of the gang this was no exception he jumped in the air and with his young squeaky voice yelled out 'WATCH MY SHADOW'! MY one friend and I laughed so hard our stomachs hurt! My other friend was just silent like a deer in headlights. I asked the young man what his name was he answered in a very theatrical confident way  'MY NAME IS SELSUN BLUE' my one friend and I again that cleared the jump busted in out in laughter again! A few minutes later one of the youngsters or the same one that being maybe 'SELSUM BLUE' asked the bigger matriarch leader of the gang that reminded us of FAT Albert 'where we fixin to go now' and the leader replied with his deep voice ' HOME BITCH' and again side busting laughter occurred! So, WE FOLLOWED THEM TO THEIR HOME VERY CLOSE TO THE Claremont hotel FOR THOSE FAMILIAR and near Team BOSS'S OLD HEADQUARTERS! They DID INDEED HAVE NEW FRAME AND PAIR OF FORKS FOR ME! They exchanged all my old parts and put them on the new bike in a short time I had a new bike! I only had like 7 bucks on me at the time I offered it all to them at first, they did not accept it, but I insisted, and then they took it and I said thank you and they said no problem and we were on our way! Ironically in the 1987 February Issue of BMX Action magazine I AM STANDING TO THE RIGHT OF THE DOUBLES WHERE I CRASHED AND CRACKED MY FRAME IN MY 1986 WHITE Vegas Gold Cup SHIRT AND GLASSES. later AFTER Chris Moeller SIGNED THE COVER FOR ME HE STATED THAT i AM A 'BACKGROUND BABY AND HE WANTED TO SEE MY PIC I BRIEFLY TOLD HIM THE STORY! that DAY AT hORSE hILL i DID NOT HAVE MY HELMET AND THE RULSE GO NO HELMET PIC JUMPING IN THE MAG! i WAS BUMMED i THOUGHT I MAY HAVE A CHANCE SINCE I WAS THERE JUMPING THE WATER JUMPS ALL THE TIME AND TOOK SO MANY PICS EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL A STRUGGLING INTERMEDIATE. bUT NOW I WILL NEVER KNOW! Only IN Oakland CA SOMETHING LIKE THIS CAN HAPPEN SURE THEIR OTHER AMAZING STORIES IN EVERY TOWN  BUT MINE IS AMZING AND I HAVER THE PICS TO SHOW FOR IT JUST NOT THE BIKE lol:D
